ABOUT ME

I am a Chilean-Spanish for 32 years. I am a cheerful, polite, attentive person. I currently live in Santiago de Chile and I finished my studies in architecture at the Universidad Católica de Chile

PHILOSOPHY

sometimes the simplest things in life are the most enjoyable.
Looks at life with a sense of humor, be amazed and be grateful.
Two frases people in this trip told me and made me a lot of sense:
“Love and do what you want” and “if life is traveling, traveling is living twice”

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I met a lot of people at couchsurfing meetings and they gave me a lot of tips to travel to Europe. And now I’m traveling by europe, starting from Madrid. In Galicia I had my first CS experience with Zeltya, a beautiful person from La Coruña. She showed me how to live the city as a local and then we made a two days travel in her caravan seeing the beaches from Galicia. Also we played music and I joined to sell her jewerly at Torre de Hércules. It was pure magic. I had another great experience with Isabel from Mérida. We went to the Rocódromo to climb walls, and after that she showed me some typical bars from the deep Extremadura. It was really cool! saludos gente!

Intereses

In my free time I sing and play guitar, and I paint. You can see my paintings in my instagram @fernandezdaudet.
I like to share with my friends and family, occasionally go dancing.

I'm an architect so I also like to know and learn from the architecture of different parts of the world.

Música, películas y libros

I like all kind of music: pop, rock, jazz, folk, etc.
Movies? Into the wild, Shawshank Redemtion. I also show foreign people a chilean movie named “El Chacotero Sentimental” a very good movie that shows you chilean culture somehow.
Books? Allende. Cómo la Casa Blanca provocó su muerte. Siddharta. El Principito.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I can teach you singing and playing ukelele and guitar. I can also teach you paiting, architecture, spanish, “chilean”, some sports, photography, and maybe the most important, my way to see the world, and I wanna see yours. I am willing to learn everything.
