I'm a nice, positive, open-minded person whose challenge is to visit 30 countries within the next 3 years. I love travelling and want to help other people to know my country.

I studied Physical Education at Technical University of Madrid and currently studying Physiotherapy in Antonio Nebrija University.

Science Research is one of the things I dedicate myself the most: nowadays, I'm enrolled in 4 research projects (see my RG profile here https://goo.gl/HWckQw)

My job is the best job ever: to help people to succeed in their goals, body and mind, I work as a Personal Trainer at Hilton Hotel in Madrid (see my work in https://www.instagram.com/alesentrena/).

I also work in Surftraining Madrid, a surf specialists center for people who want to learn and improve their surf (see https://goo.gl/wMcLr2)

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Last year, I travelled from the Western to the Eastern Coast of South America (Lima, Perú-Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) in one month (28 days). I met lots of people, we lived hundreds of experiences and shared million of laughs. I visited the Machu Picchu, Titikaka lake and Ipanema beach within some days, it was an incredible experience!
