ABOUT ME

We met in Stockholm, where Debbie lives and Laura came as an exchange student from Valencia. We use to visit each other and travel together, and that's why we now create this profile, cause we think CS is one of the best ways of traveling: through people and their realities. We love being in nature (trekking, rivers, climbing trees!) and getting to know different cultures and their histories.

PHILOSOPHY

We love to laugh at ourselves and we spend a lot of time doing just that! That's why we love being together. Another thing we use to do all the time is singing. We can make a song about anything, but dont worry, we always try not to torture people listening to them! :)

Debbie has been hosting and surfing with CS for 5 years, but with this common profile we are just starting to participate!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Until now we have just been hosted in Italy by Alberto!

兴趣

We share a true interest in Latinamerican History. Laura is taking a master about Iberoamerican Independences, and Debbie is finishing her degree in Latinamerican Studies. We dream of traveling in South America one day!

(We prefer non-commercial Hollywood films) One thing we would like to do is to share music with the people that host us and create a fun cultural exchange! We love reading almost any kind of literature, but historical novels are maybe nr. 1 in the top ten list :)

We would really like to teach and learn different recipes! We have a pretty rich cooking bagage, with Cuban, Swedish and Spanish food, and we would like to make it grow with the food from the places and homes we visit. For sharing we dont have any preferences: anything someone is willing to share with love is welcome: hugs, laugh, stories, places, time! <3
