ABOUT ME

Laid back, inquisitive and genuinely open minded. Yes- everyone says they're open minded but I work really hard to make that a true characteristic of myself. I love running and learning about nutrition as much as I love lounging and eating pop-tarts and nachos. I adore my job as a traveling Speech-Language Pathologist. I work with adults with head injury, stroke, cancer, lung disease, trauma, burns, dementia, learning disorders, genetic disorders, syndromes, and psychological illnesses. I look forward to being with these individuals and watching them heal and improve each day. Ultimately, I thrive on positive experiences and rolling with the punches.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've couch surfed in Costa Rica once with a friend of mine who introduced me to Couchsurfing. This one experience opened my eyes to the possibilities beyond guided tours and Google searches alone; the people who live where I plan to visit make for the greatest hosts and tour guides. Once I am settled in one place, my goal is to find a home I can open up to travelers to continue paying it forward.

兴趣

I enjoy traveling, adventuring, going for a run, listening to live music, watching movies/documentaries, meeting people from all walks of life, looking up new interests or activities (rock climbing, cooking classes, ukulele), and simply having a conversation.
