I grew up in a rural area close the inner German border, near to Goettingen. I really like the lovely landscape there, but without a car it's hard to get around and the only recreational activities nearby are pretty much just the football and shooting club. That's why I moved to Mannheim, some larger city, to study Economics. Then later on I got I am not fit for that and I am about to change to Classics as my major.

Music, Movies, and Books

I totally dig nineties music, especially grunge and techno or stuff based on it. Thus I often listen to seether, puscifer, nin, perfect cycle, tool and celldweller, but I do have my redneck stonesour and disturbed moments. Well about movies, I enjoyed the stuff made by wim wenders, ingmar bergmann, pedro almodovar and the coen brothers, pretty much low budget psychodrama, which is often to find in Southkorean and Japanese movies as well. I am not such a book fetishist though, like some stuff written by enlightenment philosophers, but never been into novels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hard to think of even one thing. Well, I attended some introductional boozing event organized by the University in Mannheim without some obvious way to get to the place across the rhin where I temporarily stayed that time, because some tram lines stopped service. Totally drunk I stayed the night in the rooms of the students council and the mainstation. Until I was able to cross the Rhin with a train and take a bus to the suburb I lived in
. Somewhen around 7 am I made the last kilometers by foot, looking like some zed, because the lack of sleep. Surprisingly I made it to the actual introductional event of my studies next day at 10 am.
