ABOUT ME

Hello!
My name is Mikael and I'm 20 years old. I'm currently in my third year of High School. I study A-level spanish and english. I live at a residential facility for students in a small and cosy city called Rønde. I moved away from home the first time when I was 16, to attend a artistic and creative bording-school.

I have many passions. My all time biggest passion is photography and my biggest dream is to one day become a photographer or cameraman. I would love to show you my photos!

In my spare time I am very active. I can't sit still for an entire day. In the summertime I take long trips on my roadracing bike. I love this because you feel fast, light and free as a bird - it's an absolutely fantastic feeling!

When I was younger I traveled all over Europe with my family. We even lived in Southern Spain for a while. Now I feel that it's time for me to start exploring the world on my own.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In the summer of 2011, my dad and I cycled from Denmark to France (1200 km in 15 days to be excact), we stayed at several couchsurfers in Germany and Luxembourg. We fell completely in love with the concept and with the people we stayed at. What an amazing experience!
