Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just love couches. They're so much comfier than beds, aren't they ?

But seriously, I've done it a few times around Turkey already, and the host was always the best part of the trip!!

Interests

Travelling is my greatest pleasure, and I wish I would just find the money and guts to leave France once and for all, and just wander around this planet.

I enjoy asking questions to strangers, discovering lives I haven't lived and wishing I had lived them.

I love theater, on and in front of the stage. And above all, I love films : fiction first, TV series second, but documentaries more and more. My hero may be Chris Marker.

I also love to ski, hike and swim - all in the same place preferably ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Huge TV series fan, my interests in that area range from The IT Crowd to Freaks and geeks, from Louie to Orange is the new black. There are some great Israeli and Asian shows too !!

In terms of movies, not much is tying my favorites together : City Lights, Donnie Darko, Head On (anything from Fatih Akin, really), 400 Blows (Truffaut), The Beat that my Heart Skipped (anything from Jacques Audiard too) and Superbad !

My music taste hmm... I adore David Bowie and Queen... and a lot of French people no many must know, so if you want to check my taste, go ahead : Benjamin Biolay, La rue Kétanou, Anaïs...

My reading period was mostly as a teenager, so Harry Potter, His Dark Materials and A separate peace are still high up my list! More recently, I remember this one great book by Don DeLillo, called Falling man.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, something I'm pretty proud about is having saved dozens of children around the world, made my own movies and married Brad Pitt. Oh, wait...
