ABOUT ME

My Dutch friends would probably tell you that I am very french on things like food, love of my cournty and sometimes slighly chauvinistic. But i also believe they would tell you that i am quite open minded for a french girl and very interested and eager to learn from other cultures and people.
My friends in general will tell you i like to talk/debate about everything, but mostly to laugh. Therefore I easily go to peolple and link with them. Maybe also that i am very willing, without for all that being stubborn (ok, maybe sometime...but who isn't? ^^).

And from myself you will hear that i love to learn from the connections you make with people. Because you always realize how much you could improve yourself from it, and how much left there is to see and do from your life...

ignore those who don't, but try to understand why (sometimes) ;)

Interests

I like cycling, hiking: mountains are the places i enjoy the most :)

I admire the people who can enhance the spark in a common scene through a nice picture. therefore, i try to learn photography. But to be honest i don't know much for the moment nor seem to be blessed for this art ^^

I would love to learn new languages also.
Although i learnt German for years, i never really reached a good level. But nothing is desperate in life...
As weird as it seemed, i would also like to be fluent in Dutch, as i started to learn it over there ^^

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I love cinema. but i can't stand american comedies or blockbusters. I like P.T. Anderson, Kubrick, A.G. Inarritu, Cohen Brother or Lars van Trier
==> To me, a movie should have a share of mystery and surprises. It doesn't matter if there is no action or on the contrary to much, nor if the share of interpretation is high.It should stimulate the debate and the dialog afterward; I believe you can learn from others also through the movie but also debating afterward with others.

Music: rock music but quite heteroclite (Bob Dylan, Neil Young,the Velvet Underground, David Bowie, the XX, Vampire Weekend...). I especially like various albums from Beck like Modern Guild, Midnight Vultures or Mellow Gold (not Jeff beck, just Beck)
==>When i like to listen to a full album, then i know i really like the artist.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching: I can teach you how to survive in Paris with parisien people (yes, you might need a couple of courses to graduate ^^)

Learning: German, Dutch, a recipe from your country...
