ABOUT ME

I'm a person who enjoys doing things thoroughly. I've studied Law and Chinese at Leiden University and am currently living in Beijing for one year before starting with my masters. I hope to get to know Chinese culture by meeting locals on my travels though China.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was told about the CS initiative by a friend and it seemed like a fantastic way to meet people while travelling. So far my experience with CS is rather limited, but very positive！

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met a CS'er in Beijing who became a good friend that has taught me a lot about Beijing (food, history, nice places). I hope to meet more people on my other travels through China.

Interests

I'm particularly interested in sports, hiking, music, salsa dancing and food. I love playing basketball (even though the smog in BJ can be scary) and would love to learn to play volleyball.
