Why I’m on Couchsurfing

If something is free, there's no value in it. That's what some people from my family keep saying and I didn't yet tell them they're talking bullshit. And I don't think I will ever do. But If I did, I would say something like this: It's other way round. As soon as I would take money for somebody to sleep on my couch, I would be selling my private life. And then I could just as well start putting price tags on everything else. When I'm invited somewhere for a night over I prefer to pay with a dinner, a smile or one of my home made jokes. That's why I like couch surfing. It's one of the last big websites that haven't been fully capitalised yet.

Interests

This is the last field I fill out, we can talk about the rest in person. There's two big fields of things I like: Films (studying) and thoughts and ideas on social stuff (dilettante). The film thing includes all kinds of compositions and stories in all kinds of images, books, situations etc. The other thing is the way of how I see the world, how I want to see it, what I have to do in order to get it some way but that's still fun.
