Hi, I'm Celine. I'm 31.
I grew up in Tours (center of France), the beautiful area of "Loire Valley" (where you find nice castles, good wine, good food, & just lovely places). I studied in Toulouse (south of France), known as the "pink city" for its reddish bricks.
I worked in Paris for a while before moving to NYC and am finally back to Paris where I opened my own coffee house a year ago.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm doing a roadtrip with my sister in California this summer. We mainly picked motels on our way to Grand Canyon, Yosemite, etc... but we thought that while being in the big cities like SF or LA we wanted to feel the real vibe of each ones, meet the locals, and save a little money to enjoy more our stay there.

Music, Movies, and Books

This is always a tricky question... I like any kind of music but rap I guess... (and am still not sure about that). I like the old like Beatles or BeachBoys, the "trendy" like Rihanna, the locals (french singers) like Benabar, and above all I like to discover.
I just discovered Bumcello a week ago and can't stop listenning to "House FIre Birds"...

Pretty the same with the movies... I just hate horror movies. Too stressfull.

I read french books mainly except the Harry Potter ones because I couldn't wait for the transalation. Any style but... thriller as you might have guessed ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Long story short : I left everything to move to NYC but finally came back to make my dream come true and open my own business : a coffee house in Paris !
