ABOUT ME

Independent movie maker, script writer and fund raiser, like to travel and discover different cultures and document them in various projects

Interests

Art - I enjoy visiting museums and have been to most of the more important ones. Theater and film, for a good plot and a great performance, to be carried away to a different scenery. Old cities, where I can forget the present times and go back to former centuries, almost as if it was real. Nature, with all its amazing wonders and sights. Hiking, in the mountains and enjoy how the view opens and get wider, how the perspective changes. Swimming and boating, anything that is related to water - sea, ocean, lakes or rivers. Science - I'm passionate about learning, and have a special interest in asto-physics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

All the amazing things I can think of are related to outdoor activities. They feel amazing, because being in nature makes me feel relaxed and in peace with myself, and because I can completely lose myself in the beauty of some spaces. What was really amazing: traveling 2 days by car and bus through the coastal desert in Peru, and discovering that a desert is made of white sand, and an oasis abruptly stops where the desert starts. Walking through a railway tunnel to find the path up to Machu Picchu, drinking coffee with a family in their hut on the way and hiking up the eight or so kilometers, visiting the waterfalls in Iguazu and riding on a train by the coast in Australia. Accomplishing my first (and only) 4000 meters.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can go the beach or hike in the mountains, visit one of the great cities in Andalusia - Malaga, Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba or one of the smaller wonderful white towns, like Nerja, Mijas, Ardales, Frigiliana. We can try a via ferrata - not only El Chorro or many more, swim in one of the numerous lakes, where the water is always warm (unlike the sea...), go snorkeling or simply have a nice barbecue on the terrace and drink sangria. Life is wonderful, and it doesn't need much to be happy!
