So there are few posibilities how to visit new land. You can flight somewhere, live in hotel, see head square or other turistic "stars".
You can go somewhere sleep below stars think about life and go through city from border to border.
Or you can contact some friend from Couchsurfing and explore town from inside, and meet new friends and taste how they live.

I have been in Switzerland in Chur,in Denmark´s Copenhagen and I treveled throught Norway used coach in Bergen, Tromso, Trondheim and Lillehammer
