Oh yeah, this is supposed to be "all about me." Well, I'll write something to that effect later.... for now, the basics are, I'm a student at Hendrix College in Conway, AR studying mathematics. In my spare time I stir up trouble.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

In December 2008 I walked across all four bridges in the East River between Manhattan and Queens/Brooklyn: the Queensboro, the Williamsburg, the Manhattan, and the Brooklyn Bridge. The Brooklyn was easily my favorite. Its fame is well-earned. I also recommend the Williamsburg. The Queensboro and Manhattan I recommend less wholeheartedly because their walkways are not as open which impacts the experience negatively. Although they were still both a lot of fun.

Walking across these bridges, especially the Brooklyn, was such an amazing experience that I would almost characterize it as a religious experience, seeing the grandiosity of the world around one and one's comparative humility in the order of things.
