one day I got on the wrong bus (okay, I really don't know which bus to take), a passenger immediately told me which bus to take and when I got off in search of the right bus, another passenger helped me to get on the right bus. they helped me without me asking first.

there was one time I had a physiotherapy appointment for my broken right hand in the hospital. on my way to the room, I watched a girl with her mother walking toward the hospital escalator. they both fell down while the escalator kept on escalating, I sprinted to help them and another guy came to help but he instantly fell down (what's wrong with the escalator??). thank God someone switched off the escalator. they were all saved by a guy with plastered broken right hand...
