About Me

Well, there's not much to say about me, just the usual.

Love to read or listen to music and getting lost in my own world, watching movies and series and feel with the characters.
Loving to dance and move with the rhythm although I've not often get the chance to do that.
I enjoy good food and a good laugh.

Listening to people's stories and adventures is a favorite pastime of mine.

Well, now after rereading what I wrote it doesn't sound that great or very exciting but don't judge a book by its cover - there is often more to it than at first glance ;-)

***I myself am no nudist or shed my closes after stepping into my home.
***But I welcome people who lead this kind of lifestyle and don't want to miss this freedom even while traveling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I do not only want to explore new places but also want to meet new people, new stories and collect new experiences - what would be better than to meet up with locals or even find shelter for a few nights at ones home?
And of course, the same goes the other way around ^^

Interests

After swimming was reading and writing the only things I learned fast - and by fast I mean "the fast & the furious"-fast. For a little kid.
I love and enjoy reading from a very young age and to this day a book has magic that gets me to forget not only time, place or my need for sleep since I probably have to work the other day but it can even let me forget an empty stomach - and that is an accomplishment since I'm a glutton.
My other passion is music - just love the rhythm, the beat, the lyrics if existing, the harmony. Especially soundtracks, as well as classical pieces, pique my interest.

Music, Movies, and Books

As above mentioned, I do not love books.
Books are a part of my life, a part of myself. If you take my books from me you should better get far, far away from me.
The first book I ever called my favorite was "Die Träume des Jonathan Jabok" alas "The Dreams of Jonathan Jabok" from a German author - although it is a trilogy, so to be correct all three were and still are part of my favorites.
Through the years the numbers got higher and are too many to count at once.
My list mostly consists of fantasy and historical novels.

Movies and Series are being watched at a wider range: Fantasy and Historical of course are my first choice if there is one to make. But also action, martial arts, documentaries, drama, comedy, whatever piques my interest at the moment.
The Last Samurai, Lord of the Rings, High Potential, Game of Thrones, The Rookie, Misson Impossible, 911, Black Belt, Forbidden Kingdom, Juvenile Justice, Crashlanding on you, White Collar, Criminal Minds, Castle, Terra X, Mary Poppins, Rise of the guardian, Star Trek, Star Wars, and so on and on - sometimes even Barbie. But Shhh - don't tell anybody ;)

Music wise there is none I would call favorite at the moment. There are a few pieces I prefer over others, but that also changes partly with my mood.
But if I had to select only one genre, it would be soundtracks. For movies, series, and games - just... without words.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, nothing comes to mind.
Maybe should call my mother what she thinks I did ^^

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well, that's a tough question.
What can I share with you? If there is a common interest we could probably talk on end about it, or just enjoy each others company while eating dinner or maybe watching a film?
I am a flexible and easy guest (well, at least I think so) and offer you a place to stay if you visit my city.
