About Me

I'm Andrea, 26 years old, from a town near to Vicenza close to Verona, Padua and Venice. I'm an outgoing, energetic, extroverted, creative, active, dynamic person! I'm also a very open, broadminded, precise and correct person. I'm eclectic, polyhedral in many kinds of arts and I have a really good memory.
My family is composed of four members: my elder brother who is in Bruxelles (Belgium) for a PHD in sociology, my mom and my father. I've grown up with values my parents and relatives have taught me and even from people and my friends I met around Europe I've soaked up things from foreign cultures approached during my travels abroad.
My brother has lived in Vicenza, Padua and now he is working and studying in Bruxelles for three years. My father had travelled a lot for his work (technical clerk in a tannery leather machines factory) and had been to many fairs all around Europe and my mom is still working in our hometown. I feel and enlightened Italian as I've alway kept an aye to foreign cultures, foreign countries and that's the reason why I also feel a cosmopolitan and European person!
I attended an accountancy High School near my hometown where I studied Economy, Right & Law, Informatics, Marketing and other interesting subjects. As I've already told before I've an Erasmus Experience in Manchester and stayed in a court with my classmates and english/scottish people all together. It had been a really awesome experience! I've had the opportunity to speak english (which it's 20 years I've been speaking) and speaking spanish and learning portugues at the University of Salford. I've travelled around Europe and have been to almost every regions in Italy, many cities in England, some cities in Spain, Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany.

After the High School, I continued with my passion for foreign languages and joined the University of Padua and then the SSML foreign languages university for interpreters, intermediators and translators in Vicenza. I've learnt so much about languages and cultures by studying and travelling and foreign languages is the context I want to specialize in.

I also really love watching movies (comedies, animation, action, fantasy, documentaries, etc...).
I enjoy playing videogames, board games and quiz games. I like going to parks, restaurants, concerts, museums, art galleries, cinemas and libraries.
I really love travelling around and hanging out with my friends (italian and foreign friends)! I like listening to indie-rock, alternative music, electro house, techno, trance, soul and jazz music (either British and American music and even foreign music like brazilian and many more).
I really like nature and open air activities such as mountain-biking, walking on the beach and riding my motorcycle while going to my summer mountain house. I also enjoy relaxing in the spa, working out at the gym and swimming.
I've attented swimming pool courses for 5 years and I played many sports such as football, futsal (indoor football) volleyball, table tennis, taekwondoo, basketball, running and activities like drawing comics, singing in an music academy and cooking.

As I've just told I really love cooking new things. I like preparing italian traditional recipes and also new recipes I see or I make up at the moment. I like eating etnic food too. I like to eat healthy food (fruits, vegetables and fish) and season it with some good spices and herbs (curry, paprika, chives and so on) and I am really careful about it. So if you ask I can prepare some good recipes for you in order to taste really delicious meals!

I really love every kind of domestic animal as I have a cat called Luna (Moon in english) and a small-size active, playful, always running dog whose name is Rocky (like the boxeur)!
