Most people around me could say I am a little crazy about healthy lifestyle...but I know how much quality of life depends on my health, so never care what they are thinking.

The last Amazing thing - flying to UK just to participate in the concert of my favorite band and meet musicians in person. I will never forget it...:)

I can teach meditating, doing yoga (just a physical practices without Buddhistic philosophy), sharing my experience of what makes my life much more enjoyable and of better quality. I can do a relaxing head massage:)
