ABOUT ME

my name is cesar'm 22 years old, I am a native of Brazil. I'm from a small town in the interior of Brazil near the sao paulo. I am a chef from the age of 18. cooking is my passion and my reason for living. with 19 years turned part of the team of the restaurant DOM, the fourth best in the world. after that went through several award-winning restaurants in Brazil to travel to Europe to do some internships in some restaurants. I was greeted by people who did not know and it was an amazing experience of living and learning.I was three months and returned to Brazil I moved to amazon to search native Brazilian ingredients in a laboratory.
currently work and live in sao paulo cook at events and work at an NGO that helps needy people.I had an invitation for an internship in San Francisco in the restaurant Chez Panisse and COI restaurant. they are great restaurants and for me would be a dream to accomplish these stages.

I believe that sharing knowledge and livings things is one of the richest in the world.
I work in social projects in Brazil teaching people need to make good food in communities.and also work as a chef. I love to teach and share all that I learned.
and also is a great pleasure for me to cook for people, it's a great time for me to share.
