I’m a profesional Cheesemonger, probably the only one in Mexico. I love food and good conversation. I am shy, may be that’s why I waited until I was 34 to really try couchsurfing. I live in Playa del Carmen with my partner and two beautiful dogs.

I like going to the movies and watch the Oscar’s nominees, this year (2020) my favourite is John Rabbit, I don’t read as much as I would like, I love books about facts, cheese and historic novels.
