ABOUT ME

a little piece of me :)
anios born on the 22nd of february 1988, which technically makes me 37 this year hence the 37 short facts about me.
1) i’m originally from singapore – a small island with big energy, where cultures mix, food is a national obsession, and everything moves fast (except when you’re sweating in the midday sun).
2)i graduated with a degree in medicine but instead of practising medicine, i chose to teach and i absolutely love it.
3)i looooove shopping. retail therapy is real! :)
4)i love all my bestfriends a lot!
5)delta is the only school i can imagine myself being in.
6) aperol spritz and baby guinness? yes please.
7)english, lit and pe are my favourite subjects.
8)i attend mass at a roman catholic church, st. teresa.
9)i love the irish accent, i think it's sexy.
10)i'm a certified chocoholic – no shame.
11)i really dance only when i'm tipsy.
12)me thinks geeks are funky cool (read: adam brody).
13)i play too much bridge. it's addictive!
14)my wardrobe is coded by colour, material, and article of wear, the hangers are specialised too.it's the only organised area in my room. :)
15)i collect recipes but can't really cook. i can only bake.
16)i have an insatiable wishlist.
17)i'm loud & that makes me who i am.
18)it's not that i'm quiet or soft spoken when you first know me, i'm just shy and need time to warm up.

22)i have a miniature dachshund- sophie and she’s the real boss of the house.

24)i'm scared of spiders, wasps, bees, ladybirds or ladybugs; anything that crawls or flies except aeroplanes and babies.
25) i love collecting magnets from all over the world.
26) i could eat sushi everyday.
27) i don't like wearing shoes, would prefer sandals or flip flops hands down, anyday.
28) i only sing loudly when I’m at home.
29) i’m a craft beer girlie – NEIPAs are my jam.

I’m on Couchsurfing because I believe the best part of travel isn’t just the places — it’s the people. I love meaningful conversations, shared meals, and the little everyday moments that make a trip unforgettable.
