Arriving from Germany in South-Africa while meeting new people and having great adventures

ABOUT ME

We are Margitha & Cornelius, 32 and 31. We quit our jobs in The Netherlands and Germany and have decided to go on a great adventure: discovering Eastern and Southern Africa overland.

We are enthousiastic low-budget travelers, driving our minibus from Germany to South-Africa. We are open, respectful people with a passion for meeting local people and really getting to know the culture and the people better. And we always in for fun and doing active things!

We sleep in our car, so we only need a parking space and toilet and just enjoy your company.

Intereses

Traveling, by car as well as backpacking. We enjoy spending time with friends, getting to know people. We like eating good food in great atmosphere restaurants, watching movies, doing adventurous things like hiking, trekking, mountainbiking, rafting.

Back home I (Margitha) used to run fanatically, but my running shoes got stolen so I'm taking a break now.
Cornelius is interested in marketing and economics. We both have a background in management and consultancy and are both interested in learning about business life and economic development in Africa.
