Hi Guys! I'm Agnes. I'm living in Budapest since five years, but deep in my heart I'm still a country girl, who can't forget the old trails and those big adventures near that little river which cross my village. Of course I love our capital, which is a kind of race-track for me. Yep...race-track. I'm a triathlete and a real superstar if I'm on my citybike (maybe just in my head).

So when I was a kid I wanted to be an astronaut, and then I learnt art philosophy and literature in the university. And here comes a carreer change. I'm working in IT for a big technology company right now. Yes yes...sitting in an office eight hours per day. And why am I doing that? It is also a kind of adventure. Learning more about humbleness, responsibility and liability. Experiencing the value of the life that is standing on a fund which is built up only by your efforts. So I am working on making a balance between my dreams and the everyday reality. And it is not boring at all.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

When I start my journey I don't really want to be JUST a tourist. I want to talk with locals, I want to see the places with their eyes, I really want to be a part of the life of a new country or city. I love the stories people can share. I love the stories which involve me in a new perspective.

Music.It really depends on my mood and activity. It is not the same on the bike road and when I'm in my office or home. But here is some of my favourites: Lord Huron, The Lumineers, Eddie Vedder, Lajkó Félix, Gogol Bordello, Madonna, Ivan & The Parazol, Kollár Klementz László...

Move. Absolute favourite is Into the Wild. :) And I still love animations and disney.

Books. Nowdays I'm reading books from Vonnegut. I love sarcasm.
