My name is Vanessa and I'm from Leganés, a city near to Madrid. I'm 22 years old and now I'm studying journalism at the University Carlos III.
The thing that I like most in the life is arrive and a unknown place and discover it, speaking with the people and walking in the streets without a map. When I was 18 I did a Interrail in Europe with my best friends and I changed my mind. I discovered that I liked travelling and meet international people different to me.
Then I decided going to live a year abroad, in Italy. First in the Capri Island, working like a babysitter, and then like Erasmus in the University of Perugia, where I discovered Couchsurfing. I never liked speak English, but learning Italian was my dream since I was a child, and I did it in this year.
Now in Madrid, I want finish my studies to go abroad again to learn English. I'm volunteer in ESN, an association where I meet a lot international people that is studying in my town.

I discovered Couchsurfing in my Erasmus. I visited a lot of cities in Italy like a Couchsufer, with my friends always. I would like to be a host, but now I'm living with my family.

I like all the music that I can dance and sing, I don't like listen to sad music.
And I don't have a favorite film but Meryl Streep is my favorite actress.
