Overview
About Me
Hello people! My name is Zi Heng. Malaysian in origin currently working as a physiotherapist/research fellow in the United Kingdom. Bubbly, kinda eccentric, outgoing, fun and hopefully well-behaved. Am trying to enhance life by trying new things (hence why I'm here 😊😊😊) and be acquainted to people around the world!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Breaking my comfort zone and would like to meet as many people as possible all over the world and have a nosy towards their day to day life. After all what's the point of traveling if you are not meeting people along the way.
Interests
I am a fitness and nutrition enthusiast. Do enjoy the gym, long jogs or generally being active. Do love the outdoors. Disdain people who have cup soups for lunch 😂
Adopted Veganism in August 2017. Decided to give it a go after watching a documentary called What The Health and I stuck to it ever since. I believe it's for a good cause for the animals, environment and my health.
Love a good rave in deep house venues and festivals. Love the whole chilled out atmosphere whereby I can just close my eyes and enjoy the trance like state that I am in. Any above and beyond fans here?

What I Can Share with Hosts
It is always a common courtesy that I cook at least one meal for the host. It will be amateur cooking, however but I believe that sharing food can bring people together. Haven't really tried Couchsurfing since being Vegan so I will make sure I'll master some delicious vegan recipes before I embark on a new journey, so rest assured!
I probably chat a lot and possibly will dish up some random facts about things in life. Politically left-minded if that is of interest.
