the most awesome experience I've experienced was when I connected myself through meditation and felt a peace I had never felt in my life, everything was connected, everything was perfect, my existance and the earth were one.

I think meditation is something I recomend to everyone, it has been very useful for me because it has connected me with my spirit and that is something I consider very important to understand ourself and the world we live in.
