Hello I'm Guillermo, from where should I start?
Well I'm a chef, I've been cooking for the last 10 years. For the last four years I've been working for Cirque du Soleil as a cook, traveling around the world and fitting the staff.
Obviously I love cooking but honestly I prefer to eat. Im loving it here, super nice people, amazing food and incredible country. By the way I'm at Hoi an right now.
