Hello!

My girlfriend Julie and I are doing a 3 month road trip around western North America in our glorious truck. We are stopping in places to rock climb, and we are hiking in the National Parks. We would also enjoy staying a night or two in some of the towns/cities we pass through to get to know the town and locals.

Chris - Canadian. Has been in the US, New Zealand and Australia. I love the outdoors, being a nerd, and good beer.

Julie - French. Has travelled in Europe, Peru, Thailand, Cambodia, lived in New Zealand and Australia. Besides the outdoors I love drama and performed for a few years, cinema, arts, contemporary dance.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I was first introduced to CS when I was living in New Zealand. The house I moved into was hosting Couchsurfers very often and I absolutely loved it. Once I left that house and started travelling again I decided to try being hosted and had an amazing time! The couchsurfing community is full of great people and are some of the best people to have conversations with!

I would love to experience that again during this 3 month road trip that Julie and I currently doing.

兴趣

The outdoors! Rock climbing, hiking, laying in the sun by the lake, watching wildlife, etc. And of course traveling and meeting new people!

Chris - was laid off from work and decided to make the most of it and go to New Zealand by my lonesome for a year.

Julie - lived in New Zealand and Australia for 2 years and now travelling North America with Chris.
