Ah I'm never good at these things...

I'm a small town Texas boy born and raised. About 2 years ago I resigned, sold everything, and booked a one-way ticket to Berlin. Bit of a quarter-life crisis but haven't looked back since. There's still places in the world I want to see and live in, but for now I'm pretty dang happy here.

I'm currently working as a tour guide and an English teacher.

I'll listen to just about anything. Few favorites might be Explosions in the Sky, American Analog Set, Aesop Rock, LCD Soundsystem, Of Montreal. Lately I've had Tune-Yards, Sturgill Simpson, and Flume on repeat.

I was the worst English major, still haven't gotten around to most of the classics, but I'll read just about anything with a spaceship in it. Recently been on a big Cormac Mccarthy kick, still not sure how I feel about him though. Oh and comics, they probably take up most of my bookshelf realestate.

I work as tour guide in Berlin and genuinely enjoy showing people this city's unique sights, history, and culture.
I'm also a certified TESL/TEFL teacher so if you happen to need any English language lessons I'm here to help.
I have plenty of useless facts about history, science, science fiction, and superheroes (ever wondered who the founding members of the United Federation of Planets were, or who would win in a fight between Batman and a Jedi?) that I will happily share.
I'm curious and thirsty for knowledge and experiences of any and all kinds, so teach me whatever you know.
