I’m from Chilean Patagonia but currently living in Byron Bay, Australia.
My friends and family call me Clau. I’m 40 years old. I studied Public Relations and Marketing and worked at a newspaper for a couple of years. Then, I started my own clothing store, but things didn’t go well, so I decided to change my life and took a flight to Australia.
The idea was to improve my English, meet new people, and have an amazing experience. Well, I ended up staying and have been here for 10 years now — and I love it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

im in Couchsurfing because is so nice to meet new people, "the locals" always has a good story about their place it's very different to stay in a hostel/hotel. my experiece traveling by couchsurfing have been awesome!!! and I’m so glad and thankful for all the people that I
've met here!
