ABOUT ME

I am a yoga teacher who is a quiet person, dedicated to the practice. I am a vegan. I'm always trying too get warm and hope to stay someplace warm with kind people. Other than that, I don't require much. I love to make others feel good, so I offer donation-based Community Yoga. I'm working on my 500 hour yoga training with Sadie Nardini, and I'm also certified in Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki, and Laughter Yoga. Ha!

I've met some amazing couch surfers who have been guests in my yoga classes, and I think Couchsurfing is the greatest invention since internet.

兴趣

I meditate, practice yoga, chant, boogie board, and love cruciferous vegetables. I enjoy solitude much of the time, yet other times, I will engage with others and play around And can be silly and goofy. I love to cook vegan comfort food for others. I just got a ukelele. Let's see how that goes.

I learned how to surrender. I have given up my job as an English Professor because I have a vision problem and cannot read anything on paper. Now, I read what is inside my heart.
