I'm an easygoing and laid-back guy from Norway who lives to travel and travels to live. Always up for meeting new people, explore new places and grab a beer I've never tried before. If you don't love food I don't think we will get along well.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I think it's a great way to travel and experience life as a local at the same time. I travel mainly for two reasons; to meet new people and see how life is all around the world, and I don't believe this can be achieved from a hotel room or resort.

Intereses

I am passionate about music - especially all house music - so I spend most of my days either listening to or playing (I'm pretending to be a DJ from time to time) music. Weird festivals and hidden basements with flashing lights make me happy.

Social entrepreneurship also is a big interest of mine. I am currently working on a project in a south-east Asian country that combines elements of hospitality with social responsibility.

I love to cook and eat food, and I'm generally passionate about anything that is enjoyable or relaxing, including but not limited to: hammocks, drinking coffee for hours, wine, ice cold beers on insanely hot days, reggae music, barbequeing.

Other than that I read a lot, ski, scuba-dive and enjoy anything with an element of competiton in it (SPORTS!).

Of the more useful things I can teach, cooking is definitely my favourite. Other than that, my own language (Norwegian), English, and skiing are noteworthy. If you are into more useless things I can teach you to do some simple DJing, basic Economics and Accounting.

I would love to learn anything and everything about your local culture and how your daily life is. And your language, of course. If you know how to play an instrument, make music and/or DJ, please teach me!

I always love to share travel stories, thoughts about everyday life and insignificant things, political conversations and business ideas, preferably whilst sharing a good meal. Also love to share things that annoy me.
