About Me

I'm friendly and open-minded. I've always been a dreamer and what I learned is that dreams come true if only you want it strong enough. Travels are a huge part of these dreams and I hope I'll keep discovering new places and cultures. Usually, I'm active and always trying to overcome my fears, so I would like to try as many activities as it is possible. When people propose to me to do something new with them I usually say 'yes!'. I'm outgoing, joyful and fun, but sometimes my melancholic part comes out and then I need a moment just for me to be alone. And after that I'm coming back with even more energy!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hope to explore the world with locals' help as well as by hosting travelers. I believe that travelling is much more fun when you trust people and let them come into your life.

Interests

My great passion is a polish 18th and 19th manor architecture and generally historic palaces, mansions and castles. I like both outdoor and indoor activities, I play tennis, I ski and I dance (especially swing dances!). I enjoy strolling around without the plan as well as some well-planned trekking. I love having contact with nature but I also like cities with their monuments, museums and unique ambience, so the perfect trip for me combines both.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to different kinds of music, depending on the current mood. Tom Rosenthal, Passenger, Green Day, The Handsome Family, Indios Bravos, The Beatles, Grechuta, Turnau, Demarczyk, Myslovitz, Artur Rojek, James Blunt, Kodaline, The Lumineers, musicals and plenty of other random songs

I love reading! It's impossible to choose my favorite book, I've been reading a lot since I remember.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went alone to United States to work on summer camp for kids and stayed there almost for 4 months. I have a lot of interesting stories related to that!

Also I hitchhiked through the Balkans some time ago. Great experience if you ask me! (If you don't- still great;) )

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some polish and tell you a lot about my home city.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Long conversations, sharing about polish culture, I also would love to spend some time together. I can bring some polish sweets!
