ABOUT ME

I am really easy-going, a little idealistic and I love being around people, but also have my moments of happy solitude. My life pretty much revolves around film - my own projects often deal with autobiographical topics - my latest film CAMOUFLAGE told the story of a coming out in the military. Meditation has a great importance in my life, I try to do it at least once a week. Back in Germany I am supporting a transition town project in Leipzig, that tries to establish a more sustainable way of living and to raise awareness on environmental issues. And being a filmmaker, I am of course working on a project about it!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My last experience was in San Francisco, where I ended up making a stop motion film with the daughter of my host, about the epic battle between gummy bears and worms.
