Hello everyone, I am Ausrine from Lithuania. The first thing I find disturbing about me is my name which makes a lot of difficulties to foreigners to pronounce it while i travel, although in my birth country everyone find it very rare and appealing. Despite that, i am very versatile person whose greatest passion is traveling! Honestly, i could invest all my money in order to see every tiny corner of the world. I could not live without other people cause i am perfect example of extroversion. I find myself very upset if i am not surrounded by people everytime. By using "everytime" I am not exaggerating - I mean it. I am really fascinated by the possibility to know better other cultures, to spend time with foreigners. I am very open minded person who has no or little boundaries. I am aware of the fact that i live once, so that is the reason why I try to experience a lot of different things in my life. I can describe myself as a perfectionist - everything that I do must be done very thoroughly, especially things, duties which I adore. Devotion to work helps me to succeed in different spheres of life: my studies, hobbies, sports, relationship with other people. I am a person who always has an aim that he wants to achieve, otherwise it becomes difficult to put everything into the right places. I am very active, hardly give up on things, unremitting. The main thing I am fascinated by is communicating with other people. I make jokes that people I know and affect are the definition of my life, which is why I study medicine. My life's motto is: "Carpe diem". I don't like to expect something from the future, I enthusiastically live in the present day and work hard for the better tomorrow. Other people might see me as a leader and ambitious person because I usually take control of everything and tend to coordinate various things in an organized fashion, for instance a lot of "bureaucracy" at the University. Also, they would describe me as a very sensitive, loyal, inspirational, trustworthy and good friend.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am really passionate about having a lot of foreign friends, getting to know different cultures and languages - thats why I try to travel as much as I can . As far as I know, couch surfing is an ideal place to make my wishes come true.

兴趣

I am really interested into subject I study - medicine. I am deeply concerned not only about human body and it's thousands of mechanisms but also about human consciense, way of thinking, mind, psichology, relationships with others and surroundings. I am not narrow minded person so basically i tend to think out of the box and try to understand a lot of complex ideas, the meaning of life, the significance of others, existency, death and life, past, future.

My taste of music greatly varies and depends on a mood.. I am really impressed by the Olafur Arnald's music, Dillon, Angus and Julia Stone but i don't avoid nowadays pop culture music which can make me relaxed while i am having fun with my beloved friends.
Talking about books.. I am a huge fan of E.R. Remarque , A.Camus, Charlotte Bronte, E. Hemingway and a lot more.
Movies.. Cafe de flore, Into the wild, Twice born, 12 years of slave, requem for a dream, Never let me go, A theory of everything.
