ABOUT ME

My name is Anne, or usually people know me as 'Schlosser', since my first name is a common one among girls in Denmark. So call me Schlosser!
I'm 25 years old, studying MSc in Urban Design, in the City of Aalborg, which I absolutely love - my interests are urbanism, performative spaces, sociology, graphic design, art and everything in between. I like being creative, whether it's by drawing, painting, or cooking, and my biggest inspiration comes from my travellings.

Last year I went on an exchange to Montreál to study Design Art and graphic design, which was a huge mind opener - I was blessed to meet so many interesting people, and I got the opportunity to experience a (for me) whole new culture, with a new set of rules. I would do this a thousand times more if I could.

Also, I love being spontaneous. Once I woke up and felt like going to Berlin, and a few hours later I sat on the bus with a friend of mine on my way to Germany. That's how it's done.

My hobbies are split between the creative/abstract field and the physical world - because I also love sports. Basketball is my number one sport. After that I enjoy playing volleyball, too. And I'm always up for shooting some hoops!! Another hobby of mine is travelling. I travelled around South East Asia when I was 21 for two months. I visited Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos. One of the most memorable journeys I've ever experienced including my time in Japan this summer.

Life is a playground and full of opportunities. You just have to grab them.

Music:
I love music, my taste stretches from rock and indie, to electronica. Recently I've been listening to The Smiths, Reptile Youth, The Raveonettes, Phoenix, Seynabo Sey, Purity Ring, Flume, Baby in Vain, and Cold Specks (just to name a few). I also just like to go with the flow and listen to the radio. (I'm definetely not a music snob)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

In Thailand, suddenly I got bored with all the tourist attractions - seeing 'sitting Budda', 'laying Budda' and 'standing Budda', I needed to get some adrenalin kicking - so I bungy jumped in the jungle of Chiang Khong. Frightening and impressive at the same time!
