ABOUT ME

So, where to begin...
I guess I can begin with saying that I am Swedish. I live and study in Stockholm, but I come from an area called Dalarna which lies a bit north of Stockholm.

I am a quite open minded person who loves to try new things, which is why people can think that I am a bit weird sometimes. But weird people get to have more fun I guess!

I am quite social, even though someday I can be a bit like a hermit. But I guess everyone has days like that. Sometimes I can even be a bit too social, because I have a slight problem of talking too much. Quality through quantity I guess...

I am an environmentalist and try my best to be nice to this ball of dirt that we live on.

Religiously I am an agnostic. It is a fancy way of saying that I don't really know if there is a god/higher power or not, and I think it is better to admit that I don't know then to guess.

PHILOSOPHY

I would say that there are two great things one can do in this world: To explore it and to change it!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well I just joined, so I haven't had time to participate yet. I'm not even entire sure what I can do. But that will come in time I hope.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have testing hosting one person this far, and it was amazing! I will definitely do this more often.

Interesses

Cooking and baking is probably the hobby I do the most, but that might simply be because a man needs to eat after all.

I like to go on hikes and bike trips, I usually aren't away for more then a day but I am planning to start going on some longer ones when I have the opportunity!

I also love dancing, but I haven't practised it for ages. My dancing right now is limited just to clubs, but there I can dance for hours!

I am very interesting in lucid dreaming and dream interpretation, actually most things dream related.

Now that was the non-nerdy hobbies, my more nerdy ones are computer games, tabletop RPGs, magic the gathering and LARPing.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

I love powerful music like metal and classical music, but I have a quite open music taste.

I am a sucker for the fantasy genre when it comes to books and movies. I love to hear tales from the worlds that people creates in their minds! For the same reason I like science fiction, but not quite as much as fantasy.

My favourite writer is probably H.P. Lovecraft, I just love his stories and how the world is like the one we know, but only on the surface.

I actually prefer documentaries over normal movies, but this doesn't mean that I dislike movies!

Unless you count some truly amazing lucid dreams, I haven't actually done that much. (sad but true!)

But if I'm going to name one then it probably was from a large canyon in Scotland, close to Loch Ness. I stood there and gazed upon the awe inspiring view, for the view was truly marvellous. But what made it so special was that I was on a geology excursion, and so I got to see it through a geologist eyes. And that made it all so much more magnificent, to be able too see how the area had been shaped by water, ice and time. I could almost see it unfold in front of my eyes!

I know a fair bit about the theory behind lucid dreaming, since I am very interested in it and have read a lot about it.

I know a bit about everything when it comes to geoscience and climate related topics, since that is the kind of things that I have been studying.
