ABOUT ME

I'm aeasy going gay guy, the kind who likes to talk and share a good coffee/beer instead of a big noisy party. I'm a yoga practitioner since 2010 and this year i became a certified Puna Yoga teacher (that makes me really HAPPY). I'm a newbie vegetarian (this is my third round, and i'm wining it!)so i'm still learning about nutrition and good eating habits, ehh Coffee is my guilty pleasure. I love books, and learn new things. Right now i spend most of my time with meditation, yoga classes and studying about yoga philosophy.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to: know more about the deeps of myself, to become a more coherent human being, to go along with others while they find they deeper self, to serve more and expect less. To unveil the illusion of life and see more clearly.

I'm a huge fan of Pedro Almodovar movies. Right now the books i'm reading are about yoga philosophy or techniques. I admire the lifes and toughts of Carl Jung, Rogers,Victor Frank, Wayne Dyer, Chopra, Loise Hay, Bruce Lipton, Gren Brandem, Swami Sivananda, Jorge Bucay.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Can be a litle bit silly, but the first time i did a headstand! I't was such a revelation for me and change the way i see life.
