Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I could book a hotel, having a cumfy place to stay for myself and stay alone during my trip. Hotel isn't really the best place to meet people. Doesn't sound fun to be alone.

I could boom a hostel as well. Very easy to meet people there. But do the others strangers know best place to go as a local could ? Don't think so.

So Couchsurfing is the solution to what I can't have with hotel and hostel ;)

Interests

Hi everyone ! I'm 23 yo. I live in London during 1 year and I want discover all the United Kingdom during my trip here. I prefer have a host via couchsurfing than a hostel because I can see things the locals like instead of not always useful turistics places.

To me, couchsurfing is an exchange between host and surfer. So we can do activities together or just spend sometimes together but I don't want just a place for staying. I like listen many kind of music, hiking, meeting people, discovering originals places, cooking, speaking about politics or TV show, going out (beers, wine, vodka or unknown alcohol ^^) and so on ! I'm very easy going.

I am a lover of the nature and of our Earth so would be better if my host is respectful about this as well. I'm not vegetarian yet but I try to be. But, one more time, i can understand people has an other way of thinking than me.

So, if we can help each other to have a good time in Glasgow with a funny stranger people, let me know !

Music, Movies, and Books

Music : So many kind of music. For example last summer i went to the Hellfest (festival of metal music, rock and roll, heavy metal, rap metal and many others kinds of extreme music). But on the 2nd of December I went to the concert of Parov Stelar, what is totally different but I enjoyed both. I listen commercial music as well, old music (60's, 80's) and so on.

Movie : I'm a huge fan of The Lords of the Rings, the Hobbits and all the universe. I like super hero's movies as well. And so many TV shows!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I remember a beautiful moment which happened during the Hellfest 2017. It was the show of the Steel Panther and during the concert a lot of people were carrying by the public like in a lot of concert. But what I saw this day was the first time I saw this, a disabled guy in a wheelchair has been carrying as well by people and get through the public, having fun like the other, bo matter the handicap. That was AWSOME !
