I'm from South Korea and grew up in Incheon near Seoul for 20 years. Then, I came to Ulsan because of university.

Now, I am graduate student in UNIST. and I'm majoring in human and systems engineering. Although my major is 'engineering', my interested research is neuromarketing, which apply neuroengineering into the marketing. Therefore, I'm definitely interested in marketing or design, too ! (Actually, my major is the part of 'design and human engineering', so I'm really familiar with design.)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have been traveled to abroad twice. At first time, I was definitely novice so I was timid in that time T_T. So I used accommodation only for Korean, and met only Korean.

At the second time, I was not a novice ! So, I tried to meet foreigners more actively. I tried to use hostels for everyone and meet other people. In the latter part of my second journey, I heard about 'couch surfing'. I wanted to try it, but it was too late. Some hosts were kindly respond to my request, but they have another schedule on that day.

So, I want to try Couchsurfing now ! I want to meet kind you guys and talked about some common interests or other interesting story. Of course, we can have great time without any common interests. We can talk about each countries and each life-stories. It is definitely expected great time for us !

兴趣

As I mentioned above, I'm interested in human brain, design, and marketing.

Above these, I'm interested in travelling, making a bracelet, meeting new people, and taking a picture !

Additionally, I want to learn other languages and cultures, especially Spanish. (So, I'm studying it nowadays XD)

My favorite music is "Thank you good today, too", which is Korean music https://youtu.be/lcbkCcCwdbg). This music has quiet calm melody, but warm lyrics. So I love it.

I also like The "Whole Nine Yards", by Yosahimata ryo. This music is OST in the movie "Between Calm and Passion". (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jbrO65Ikuo8)

However, my favorite movie is another one, haha. it is "eight below", which is story of lost 8 sled dogs in the Antarctic. There are only 8 dogs in main characters. Nevertheless, we can understand their feeling and story well. Although, we can't meet together, I definitely reccomd this movie to you guys. It's really walm movie :)

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with books. Instead, I read so many research papers, T_T.... However, I'm reading 'western art history' nowadays. it is because of my experience in Europe. Whenever I visit the museum, I had a time to see just drawing as itself. I didn't know about what it is. So, I thought that I will understand better if I know western cultures and history :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

There are so may amazing things in my life. However, they varies broadly.

Related to my journey experience, I have tried 'Cannoyning' in Interlaken. It is just jumping or sliding with only my body in diverse canyon to decend a mountain ! It was definitely amazing time and I cannot forget my feeling of it.

I don't know what this question means exactly. However, I respond according to my understanding.

I can teach to you about 'making a bracelet', 'Korean culture and language'. It may be interesting experience.

I don't have specific goal to learn something. I just want to have and share great time with kind friends. Through that time, we will learn anything whatever it is, I think :)
