ABOUT ME

I'm a physical therapist that is specializing in movement therapy and now studying biomechanics in Finland. I am very outgoing, energetic, passionate, adventurous, humorous and love trying different kinds of things. But at the same time, I like to analyze different things, reading and being creative for writing and dancing.

Interessi

I love to do different kinds of sports, including Pilates, yoga, gym training, running, cycling, dancehall/reggae/hiphop dancing, hiking and playing volleyball. I am a licensed Pilates instructor.

I also enjoy reading books (authors: Virginia Woolf, Haruki Murakami, Toyoko Yamasaki,Franz Kafka), writing articles (for websites and magazines) for fitness and self-exploration, watching movies (Ang Lee, Luc Besson), writing my own lyrics, listening to music (Bossa nova, classical like Chopin and Mozart and Bach).

I love hanging out with friends, discussing about various aspects of lives. I love to meet new people and experience different cultures and countries and perspectives.

I also love cooking and eating, trying out different recipes from all over the world and taste the different foods to find commons in the cooking and ingredients!
