CURRENT MISSION

I've been traveling the world alone since 2006. Expanding and changing my views as I go. I am a different person today than the day I started off on the road. I feel more like a Pilgram than anything else.

ABOUT ME

I am still travelling and exploring. Last year I lived in Cambodia and travelled to China, Tibet and the Himalayas. As well, I was in Laos, Philippines, Thailand and Australia. Currently I am settled in Granada, in the South of Spain as it offers all the conveniences of a modern city while still a small town and it is a blend of cultures that I love.. both the Middle East and Spanish... easy living and nice people and a special charm only in Anadalusia. I began writing chapters about my travel adventures and I guess I could go on forever.

PHILOSOPHY

I am pro-peace. (I am against anything that kills people or destroys the environment.)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to all this. I met two guys travelling through Spain in Sevilla and they told me about couch surfing. Really, I hope to use it when I go back to USA because I was not allowed to stay in hostels in US because I am a US citizen... which meant I had to spend all my cash on hotel rooms. I hope I have better luck this time.

Haven't had one yet, but hope to write something good in the future. Would be nice to meet new people.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I think one of the most amazing days of my life was being in Tahir Square in the Egyptian Revolution the day President Mubarak finally stepped down. It was like all of Egypt had been so sick from poverty and the hell life they lived that they had all gone into a comma for 40 years and then they all woke up all at once. They finally felt their own power. It was amazing!

I have a background in Caribbean Religion and Spirits. But, I'm out of it now. I spent 35 years in it.
