Hey everyone, I'm Elena! Last year I moved to Vienna to study German philology but as I'm not that good when it comes to decisions, I also want to start with studying Architecture. There is barely nothing which I'm not interested in in some way and so I really love to get to know new things/countries/cultures.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Last year after finishing school me and a friend of mine (Dorothea Bittmann - also on CS) started our first roadtrip adventure through beautiful Denmark and the Netherlands. Our first Couchsurfing experiences contributed greatly to this journey - a bonfire at the beach of Hoek van Holland, the best vegan meal in Denmark.. So without Couchsurfing it would not have been the same at all and thats why I really love the concept of it. Its such an amazing way to get to know countries in their 'real' way.
After we came home we also were hosts for other Couchsurfers in Vienna which we also really liked!
So thats the reason why we decided to go on another roadtrip together this year and we are looking forward to many new amazing CS experiences - this time our destination is the Balticum and Finnland :)
