Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to get to know people from all over and made some good experiences while couchsurfing. A huge advantage of CS is, beside getting to know interesting people and their own story, that your hosts can usually tell you more than your lonely planet about the place you are visiting and things worth seeing and experiencing :)

Interests

I really like to travel, but this passion is suffering a bit during my masters program... At least we can do some courses abroad, what is great fun!
I like all kinds of things you can do outside and combine with travels, such as hiking, climbing, swimming, snorkeling and paddeling. I love being in the nature and since I live in a city, I'm glad to have a big balcony where I can at least plant some veggies and herbs. Once in a while, when I cannot sit still on my desk anymore, I work on one of many ideas I have in mind and make something out of material wood, shells, photos...
