Life is full of amazing moments if you just let them present themselves to you. Being prepared to those experiences involves a lot of effort and openness. With this in mind, two of the most rewarding ways I found so far are to be kind with people that crosses our paths and be mentally present in every task that we accomplish.
I love to dance, make music, chat about psychology or the universe. I have an academic background in technology and won't hesitate to enter a conversation about the endless possibilities of our time. Emotional and spiritual awareness are subjects of great interest for me lately.
I hope we can create good memories if we meet someday, even if just a small one :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to really get to know the places where I visit. Being with someone who lives there makes for an entirely different experience traveling. Also it's cheaper :)
I have the need to feel life every day. I mean, I can't stand having a day where nothing amazes me, so I'm constantly looking for pieces of art that touches me, I love jamming with friends, talk about the future of my field (computer science) and how it relates to the emotional characteristics of being human. Good poems describe better the world than any logical explanation. And whats up there? Inside us? Outside our universe? I'm currently on a road of exploring my spirituality, learning every day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Recently I was trying to discover if we (humans) have the ability to artificially change our own mood. I left home pissed, was angry about something that I can't even remember, and with that goal in mind I tried to change my mood.
After some failed tries (thinking about funny stuff, good memories) I started to dance (in the middle of the sidewalk, yeah a bit crazy and ridiculous, but anyways). In a few minutes I started laughing at myself for being so ridiculous in public and in that moment I realised that it worked! I had changed my mood by forcing myself to dance.
When I realised what just happened I started laughing even more and stayed in this great mood for the whole afternoon. I remember this with amazement to this day. I think that's something amazing that I've done.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to program, how to dance forró (a brazilian music genre), how to dance in general (for those who don't dance yet: just let your body feel the music, first step is to not be ashamed of how you feel like dancing, laugh at yourself, at each other).
I'll definitely share many smiles and laughs, because even if I try, not a day pass by that I don't crack at least one smile. After all life is beautiful!
I'm also curious by nature. If you know something really well I'm ready to star learning :)
