Hey everyone!

I’m Ingunn, very new to the couchsurfing community but this seems like a great place to meet people!
I’m 20 years old and I come from Iceland. I live in the Westfjords in the small town of Ísafjörður. I have just graduated this spring and I’m taking a year off before I go to university in the fall. So currently I am solo travelling around SE-Asia (and japan)! I really wanted to see more of the world and step out of my icelandic bubble haha. I like seeing different cultures, meeting new people from all over and eating good food!

I like hiking in nature, walking around and exploring, seeing historical sites or just grabbing a good cup of coffee! Not big into partying but I like going to bars or seeing live music😊

As far as my interests go, I am very interested in knowlegde in general. About myself and the world. I love meditation and have a passion for writing. I am also a very mediocre clarinet player, but I do love music. If it were possible, I would listen to music every minute of every day haha! I am very much interested in politics, philosophy and psychology. In fact I am planning on studying psychology in university. Having deep conversations with people is probably my favourite thing to do, I find people extremely interesting! So tell me about yourself, your opinions, your life, interests, dreams!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: 70’s!! Fleetwood Mac is my favourite band! Also like rock, indie, classical, pop, god just everything really?

Movies: I can watch any movie if it’s good, but I especially love movies that get you to really think🤔

Books: I love listening to audio books and podcasts, especially while travelling so I don’t have to carry around books haha.
