HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

May consider hosting in Buffalo, NY sometime. Not currently open for business though. I will be couchsurfing soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet, but I will be out West in August with my sister couchsurfing the pacific coast!

Helping a friend move out west and taking the opportunity to go on a vacation.

Hitting Mount Rushmore and the Badlands, Helena MT, Pullman WA, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco to LA via Highway 1, Death Valley, Sequoia, Denver, Boulder, Chicago, and finally heading back to Buffalo.

Traveling approximately 7,300 miles over the course of 3 weeks. Sleeping in a truck, camping in a tarp, and couchsurfing.

Can't wait to meet new people out there!

Taking trains, planes, and hurricanes to get back.

I plan on studying abroad in Cergy, France in 2016 for a semester.

And someday I would love to take the 1973 GMC Motorhome "Shaggin Wagon" on a cross-country roadtrip trailing the 1980 MGB LE, but both require repairs and that trip is far off. Someday... 455 (7.5L) Oldsmobile V8 that gets 8-13mpg. Gasoline cost will be astronomical but it beats paying for hotels. Maybe it will be a mobile couch to surf on ;)

Intereses

Cooking, hiking, canoeing, coffee, fixing the world, creating and inventing, electronics, technology.

Some of my major interests:

I work with computers and I study EE/CSE at the University at Buffalo. I hope to create cool new electronics in the future, both as a job and for cool projects. I make little gadgets and try to fix almost everything.

I am very into music. I know a bit of classical theory and I play mainly Piano, Bass Guitar, and I used to play Clarinet and Saxophone. I can listen to almost anything from Classical to Rap to Alternative Country.

I also love cars. Driving cars, looking at cars, fixing cars. I am currently working on a 1980 MGB.
