I'm a graduate student who have been studying and living in Beijing for 6 years. (but haven't got tired of this city haha) I had an exchange semester in Norway in 2014 when I did CS in many European countries and met lots of cool people. I had another exchange semester in California, and an internship at an international criminal court in Cambodia. Currently I'm doing an internship at a law firm in Beijing. (Writing down this so that we may find something in common)

I'm living with my boyfriend Gustav. He is from Norway and you may find him at my reference page. You can also send him request since we will host you together. He is currently studying in PKU.

We also have 3 other flatmates from China, UK, and Thailand. They are all friendly, curious and sociable. We live next to Dongzhimen station and have a nice rooftop terrace, which is very nice to have some drink and chat in the evening.

For us, CS is a great way to meet and learn from interesting people from all over the world rather than a free place to stay. Therefore, we always would love to spend time with the surfer(s) when we host. However, both of us have quite intense schedules and have to limit our social time at some point. (That's also why my response rate is a bit low, I don't check CS page often. ) If you are cool and want to be friends with us, just let us know more about yourself and why you want to stay with us. Couch Surfing is great!

I choose CS not just for it can save money,for me,it is a chance to know people who has a interesting soul in this world. Host is not just a host...it means a true friend in that city, which make me want back there again and again...I have 5 experiences with CS, every host and me has spent a really happy time, and I was even sad when I was about to leave.
