About Me

I am a girl born to Vietnamese parents in the Czech Republic where I currently live and study. I love music (especially classical music), food (delicious FOOD!), a good story (theatre, book, film), dancing (Lindy Hop), long walks and a good night's sleep. :)

I only watched one horror movie in my life. And it was by accident. I didn't know what I was watching. (Rosemary's Baby) Usually the intro music already scares me so I don't watch horror movies.

I am an old time's lover, so if you come across a time machine I would appreciate if you let me use it. :)

I don't have a good relationship with pigeons and don't understand haters.

Being polite is an elementary skill though I sometimes feel like it's a priviledge people don't let themselves enjoy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Like everyone here I want to meet the locals at the place I am visiting to show me the real city and not just the major tourists' spots. I love travelling but since I am a student a budget is a big problem.

Interests

Listening to classical music (I love live concerts!), playing the piano, eating delicious food! (A very important aspect of me.), dancing Lindy Hop (Just started this swing dance, so I am a beginner.), playing frisbee (The only sport I like, unfortunatelly I am bad at it. :D ).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw the best minds of my generation destroyed by madness,
starving hysterical naked,
dragging themselves through the negro streets at dawn looking
for an angry fix,
angelheaded hipsters burning for the ancient heavenly
connection to the starry dynamo in the machinery of night,
who poverty and tatters and hollow-eyed and high sat up smoking
in the supernatural darkness of cold-water flats floating
across the tops of cities contemplating jazz,...

JUST KIDDING! :D Unfortunately (or fortunately) I am not Allen Ginsberg.

Countries I’ve Visited

England, Germany, Italy, Poland, Scotland, Slovakia, Spain, Thailand, Viet Nam
