25-year-old girl, history major.
Zealous in learning other languages, such as Japanese, Spanish, Malay, and so on.
Recently quit the job at Office of International Affairs in a university, and is currently preparing to study abroad.

Has travellled to many places with many people, but has not yet learned how to get along with herself, and is looking forward to find the answer through a personal journey.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Due to the former Taiwanese education policy, I never learnt anything about my hometown from textbooks, and I never felt wrong about it.
Only when I left home to study in another city, and brought my friends back for vacation, did I find that I almost knew nothing about the place where I grew up and lived!
Since then, I've been trying very hard to re-connect to this dear land.
Whenever I show a new friend around, or tell an old story, or find a secret new spot, I feel like a long lost child made her way one step closer back to her mother.
And I feel proud.

Likewise, I enjoy seeing the sparkle in people's eyes when they talk about their own beloved homeland. I'm also looking forward to become a couchsurfer one day!
